F.L.Y.Y. JoE, born Jovan Edward Tinsley (December 12, 1986), was born and raised in Prince Georges County Maryland. He began rapping in February 2007, but has managed to become one of the best despite his short time behind the microphone. He is known as a solo artist but is frequently featured on various projects with different artists. With a futuristic flow and a unique style, the sky is the limit for this up and coming talent.
